Eligibility for Returns:
Returns will only be accepted if the product is received with physical damage. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages immediately.

Proof of Damage:
To qualify for a return, please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your order number.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not physically damaged or if the return request is made after 7 days of receiving the product.
